Shipping
We ship throughout Australia, all orders are carefully packaged to ensure their safe arrival, please take care when opening your parcel.

Shipments are made via Australia Post, and therefore shipping timeframes are outside of our control. If you require your items in a hurry, please ensure you select Express Shipping at checkout as Hammond by Design accepts no fault in the delay of the goods being received.

Parcel Post:

Within VIC:
Metro – up to 2 business days
Rural/Regional – up to 5 business days

NT, QLD, NSW, TAS, SA, WA:
Metro – up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points.
Rural/Regional – Please ask at your local Post Office

Express Post:
Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.

Returns

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, all sales are final. However, whilst we hope this never happens we do offer replacements for goods that have been damaged in transit.

Please email us at Tiffany@hammondbydesign.com with photos of the damage and a detailed description of said damage. Please ensure you include your Invoice # as the email reference, we will then provide you with a shipping label to have the goods returned to us. Once received we will dispatch a replacement, or, if said item is no longer in stock we will contact you to discuss an alternative offering to the same dollar value.
